OZ Storage Acceptable Use and Anti-Piracy Policy
Version 1.0 · October 25, 2026
The Spanish version is the primary text; this translation is provided for convenience.
OZ Storage is working storage for video teams: footage, projects, cuts and client deliveries. This policy details the "Acceptable use" section of the Terms of Use and applies to everything: the website, the apps, links (links.ozstorage.app), the API and any AI you connect. The service is operated by REPUTATION DYNAMICS LLC, a limited liability company organized in the State of Wyoming (United States), for Agencia OZ.

1. What it's for
- Storing your own work and your organization's: footage, editing projects, graphics, music and sound.
- Storing material your clients gave you to work with, and delivering the result to them with a link.
- Storing music, fonts, LUTs, plugins, and stock images and footage you have a license for, within what that license allows (many licenses do not allow sharing with third parties: a link to a client may be an infringement).
- Archiving finished projects in cold storage so you have them when they're requested again.
2. Piracy and copyright
You may not store or share other people's works without the rights holder's permission. In particular, it is prohibited to:
- Upload or share films, series, sports or event broadcasts, music, books, video games or software without a license, or "leaked" copies of material that has not been released yet.
- Share pirated software, serial numbers, key generators or tools to circumvent copy protection (DRM).
- Resell, "give away" or redistribute music libraries, stock images or footage, LUTs, templates or plugins bought under a license that doesn't allow it.
- Use a client's or a third party's material for anything other than what they authorized.
If you're unsure whether a license lets you share something, ask whoever gave it to you before creating the link.
3. Prohibited content
You also may not store, send or share:
- Child sexual abuse material, under any circumstances. We report it to the authorities (in the United States, to NCMEC, as the law requires), preserve what the investigation needs and close the account.
- Intimate images of a person without their consent.
- Malware, viruses, phishing or files designed to deceive or harm whoever opens them.
- Content that threatens, harasses or exposes someone's personal data without a legal basis.
- Any other content that is illegal in the operator's country or in yours.
4. Links: deliver, don't distribute
Links exist to deliver work to specific people (a client, a collaborator, a broadcaster) and to receive files. They are not a public download service:
- Don't post OZ Storage links on forums, download sites, torrent indexes, mass groups or social networks to hand out files to the general public.
- Don't use links to host files that aren't your work or your organization's.
- A link showing signs of mass distribution (thousands of downloads, visits from many countries in a short time, or linked from download sites) may be paused while we review it.
5. Security and abuse of the service
- Don't try to access other organizations' data, bypass permissions, cost limits or two-step confirmations, or test security without written authorization.
- Don't deliberately overload the service or automate downloads to use it as a distribution network.
- Don't use an AI, a script or an API key to do what you couldn't do yourself.
- Don't resell or share the service with other companies without an agreement with us.
6. How we enforce it
- We don't routinely look at the content of your files (see the Privacy Policy). We act when we receive a complaint or a report, when an authority with a legal basis requests it, or when a link's usage data (number of downloads, countries, where visits come from) shows abuse of section 4.
- Depending on severity, we may: pause a link, pause an AI connection or a key, make the account read-only, remove a file or, in serious or repeated cases, close the account.
- Where possible and lawful, we notify the organization's administrators first, explain what we found and give them a chance to respond. For section 3 (child abuse, active malware) we act first.
- Removing something under this policy does not permanently delete it before the periods in the Terms, unless a law or an authority requires it.
7. Copyright complaints
If you believe something stored or shared on OZ Storage infringes your rights, write to info@reputationdynamics.io with the subject "Copyright" and include:
- Your name, your email and, if you're acting for another person or company, on whose behalf.
- The work you believe is infringed.
- The links.ozstorage.app link or a precise description of the file.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized, and that the information is accurate.
- Your signature (your typed name is fine).
We review the complaint, notify the organization and, if appropriate, pause the link or remove the file. Whoever uploaded it may respond with a counter-notice if they believe it's a mistake or that they have permission; if the counter-notice is valid and the complainant does not start legal action, we may restore access.
8. Repeat infringers
Where appropriate, we close the accounts of those who repeatedly infringe copyright. An organization with three valid complaints in twelve months may lose the ability to create public links, or its account.
9. Reporting abuse
If you see a OZ Storage link used for piracy, malware or anything else in this policy, write to info@reputationdynamics.io with the subject "Abuse" and the link. You don't need an account.
10. Changes and contact
If we change this policy, we publish the new version here with its date and, if the change is significant, we email administrators in advance.
