OZ Storage Terms of Use
Version 1.0 · October 25, 2026
The Spanish version is the primary text; this translation is provided for convenience.
These terms govern the use of OZ Storage: the website (https://app.ozstorage.app), share links (links.ozstorage.app), the OZ Storage apps for Mac and for iPhone and iPad, the API and the MCP server for AI assistants. The service is operated by REPUTATION DYNAMICS LLC, a limited liability company organized in the State of Wyoming (United States) ("we"), for Agencia OZ, the trade name of DELCOR-MULTIMEDIA S.A.S. (Ecuador).
By creating your passkey, signing in, connecting an app or an AI, or using a link, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use OZ Storage on behalf of a company (your "organization"), you represent that you can bind it.
If your organization signed a contract with Agencia OZ or with us, that contract prevails over these terms where they differ.

1. The service
OZ Storage stores each organization's files in spaces (one per client or project), with versions, trash, links for sharing and for receiving files, long-term ("cold") archive and an audit log. Today it is used by Agencia OZ and its clients; later it may be offered to other organizations under their own contract.
We may improve or change features. If we remove something important you use, we will give you reasonable notice.
2. Accounts and security
- Sign-in is with passkeys (Touch ID, Face ID or a security key), not passwords. Take care of the devices that hold them and of your printed recovery codes.
- Tell us right away at info@reputationdynamics.io (and an administrator of your organization) if you lose a device or think someone got into your account. You can close sessions and disconnect devices from "Keys and security".
- You are responsible for what is done with your account, your API keys and the AIs you connect, within the permissions you gave them.
- The details you give us (name, email, phone) must be yours and kept up to date.
3. Organizations, roles and clients
- Each organization has owners and administrators who invite people, grant per-space permissions and can remove access. They are responsible for whom they invite and for what their organization stores.
- External people (for example, a client of Agencia OZ) only see the spaces shared with them.
- Administrators can see their organization's audit log, link events and AI connections.
4. Your content
- Your content is yours (or your organization's). We acquire no rights over it.
- You give us only the permission needed to provide the service: store it, copy it to backups, generate thumbnails and lightweight previews, and deliver it to whoever you or your organization authorize.
- We do not use your content to train artificial intelligence models or for advertising.
- You represent that you have the right to upload what you upload and that, if it contains third parties' personal data, your organization has a legal basis to process it.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use OZ Storage to:
- Store or share illegal content, including child sexual abuse material, or content that infringes others' copyright, trademark or image rights.
- Distribute malware, phishing or scams, or use links as public hosting for files unrelated to your work.
- Harass, threaten or expose someone's personal data without a legal basis.
- Try to access other organizations' data, bypass limits or confirmations, test security without written authorization, or overload the service.
- Use an AI, a script or a key to do what you could not do yourself.
If we see such use, we may pause the link, connection or account involved and notify the organization.
6. Links for sharing and receiving
- Whoever creates a link decides what it shares, for how long, with or without a password, with a download limit and whether it asks for name and email. Anyone who has the full link (and the password, if any) can open it: share it only with the right people.
- Opening or uploading through a link records visit data (see the Privacy Policy).
- Upload links only add files: they never replace or delete what is already there.
- If you only receive a link: use it for its intended purpose and do not share the password.
7. AI assistants, API and apps
- You can connect AI assistants (for example Claude or ChatGPT), apps and scripts. When connecting them you choose what they can do and in which spaces; they can never do more than you can.
- What a connected AI does counts as done by you, within the scope you gave it. Sensitive actions are always confirmed by a person with their passkey: an AI cannot confirm them.
- Each AI's use is also governed by its provider's terms. Whatever the AI reads from OZ Storage is subject to those terms.
- Each connection has per-minute and per-day usage limits. We may adjust them to protect the service.
- Details in AI use.
8. Trash, versions, backups and deletion
- Items sent to the trash can be restored for 90 days; then they are deleted automatically. No person, AI or key can delete permanently before then (unless a law or an authority requires us to remove illegal content).
- We keep copies at other providers, one of them immutable for 365 days from when it is made. A deleted file may therefore still exist in that copy until it expires; it is used only for recovery.
- If your organization leaves the service (cancels, ends the trial without choosing a plan, or stops paying), the account becomes read-only and has 60 days to take everything: with OZ Storage for Mac, with "Download" on the web, with links ("Download all") or with the per-space export (
oz exportand each space's manifest, with paths, sizes and SHA-256 hashes). We notify owners and administrators at the start and 30, 7 and 1 day before the end. Archived ("cold") files are woken with an active plan; if you need them without a plan, write to us. - After the 60 days, its files go to the trash and are deleted 90 days later. If it chooses a plan again in that time, it can restore them from the trash.
9. Costs, limits and payment
- For Agencia OZ's clients, the price and payment terms are those agreed with Agencia OZ.
- For other organizations, the plans and prices published at ozstorage.app/en/pricing, plus any applicable taxes, and the Refund policy (ozstorage.app/en/legal/refunds). Payment is through Paddle (which sells as an authorized reseller and handles taxes) or PayPal.
- Some operations cost us money (for example, waking an archived project or downloading a lot at once). That is why there are limits: anything that would exceed them is not done without an administrator's approval.
- Archived ("cold") files may take time to become available (minutes to hours).
- If an organization stops paying, its account becomes read-only and we notify it; we do not delete files for non-payment without prior notice and the period in section 8.
10. Availability and support
We work to keep OZ Storage available at all times and monitor it every minute, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or provider failures. Unless a contract says otherwise, we do not guarantee a service level. Support: your contact at Agencia OZ, or info@reputationdynamics.io.
11. Copyright complaints
If you believe something stored or shared on OZ Storage infringes your rights, write to info@reputationdynamics.io with: your details, the work, the link or file, and a good-faith statement. We review it, notify the organization and, where appropriate, pause the link or access. The uploader may respond.
12. Suspension and termination
- You can stop using the service at any time; your organization can remove your access.
- We may suspend a link, an AI connection, a key or an account if it breaches these terms, if there is a security risk or if the law requires it; where possible, we give notice first and explain why.
- On termination, the sections on content, liability and governing law continue to apply.
13. Warranties and liability
- The service is provided "as is". We do what is reasonable to protect your files (copies at three providers, trash, tamper-evident log), but we do not guarantee it will never fail.
- To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages (lost profits, lost opportunities), and our total liability is limited to what your organization paid for the service in the 12 months before the event.
- Nothing here limits rights the law gives you that cannot be waived (for example, as a consumer).
14. Governing law and disputes
Before any claim, write to info@reputationdynamics.io: we will try to resolve it within 30 days.
15. Changes and contact
If we change these terms, we publish the new version here with its date and, if the change is significant, notify administrators by email in advance. Continuing to use the service afterwards means accepting the new version.
